To obtain and fill out Accommodation Form please use one of the following ways:

1. Classical way

Fill out the Accommodation Form which is included in the Announcement you received and send it to us by post.

2. Internet

Download the file accommodation.doc, print it, fill out and send by post.

Note. The file is in DOC format. You need to have MS WORD to read it and print.
